SHIPPING POLICY
1. We are a small business with few members of staff. All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.
It is advised to plan your order in advance during these high-volume or special occasions periods.
2. If you are outside the UK, NORTHERN IRELAND AND CHANNEL ISLANDS, you may only order 4 units of 30 ml each. If you would like to order more than 4 units, we will package them in separate boxes. Any customs or duties fees in your country are at your expense.
3. Standard shipping UK, NI and Channel Islands up to 5 kg: 7 to 15 business days | £15
EU shipping up to 5 kg: 10 to 15 business days | £20
USA/North America shipping up to 5 kg: 15 to 21 business days | £30
International shipping:

Please contact us if you are outside the above areas and would still like to place an order.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
4. Shipping is offered for orders over £119.
5. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier’s website.
Please refrain from contacting us within the processing period. We strive to process and ship your order at the earliest.
6. If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include providing a refund or replacement.
7. Please note that customers are responsible for paying any customs or import taxes that may be applied to international orders.
